Moon River Wellness holds space for healing, inspiration, spirituality and mindfulness in the St. Croix Valley. Located in the historic Compass Center for Healing, we offer weekly yoga and meditation classes, healing appointments, workshops, trainings and retreats to nourish the body, mind and soul.

Take one or sign up for every session as we learn, practice and integrate the basic teachings of Mindfulness. Every week will have a different focus and every week builds on the one that came before it. Experience muscle tension release in the mind and body with the support of foam rollers and tennis balls as well as guided stretches combined with breath work. Kirtan also called Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of devotion) is an ancient practice that stems from India. The call and response nature of Kirtan involves both performers and audience, setting a unique and sacred space that quiets the mind, reduces stress, and awakens your spirit!
