Vinyasa Flow

The purpose of practicing an active flow is to create heat or tapas--"to burn" in order to cleanse and detoxify the body.  This dynamic mix of sweat and spirit will strengthen and rinse your body, ease your mind and relieve stress and pain.  This is a playful, energetic class with a strong emphasis on breath, body awareness and safe alignment. Giggles and belly laughs are a frequent occurrence but always optional.  People experiencing injuries or mobility issues should contact the studio before attending this class.

Gentle Yoga

Mindful movements, combined with holds and deep breathing, create openness in the body and release over-stressed minds and muscles. Through conscious breathwork, awareness of body sensations and insightful teachings, renew your energy level and come to know yourself more deeply. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a slower, more meditative yoga practice

Tuesdays with Kali from 5:45pm-6:45pm



Yoga Nidra

Relax and renew with this calming 40-minute gentle yoga flow class, followed by 20-minutes of Yoga Nidra. Translated as "yogic sleep" Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation technique that utilizes visualizations combined with intention setting practices. This practice is extremely restorative and restful - perfect for times when you feel agitated, depressed, sleep deprived, or are simply in need of relaxation. Great class for beginners and experienced practitioners.

Pranic Wednesdays

Rejuvenate your health with a Pranic Wednesday session.

{1st & 3rd: Community Pranic Healing } On the 1st and 3rd Wednesday experience a mini-Pranic Healing session with Angie Kopacek and fellow Pranic Healers. Learn more about the benefits of this modality through direct experience and feel the difference. These sessions are provided on a first come first serve basis and a minimum of 10% of donations collected will be given to our local food shelf, Valley Outreach. Preregistration is recommended so we can determine how many healers are needed but is not required. Pranic Healing is a no-touch modality that compliments allopathic medicine and is not intended to treat or diagnose. Suggested donation is $15 but nobody will be turned away.

{2nd & 4th: Twin Hearts Meditation} On the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays stop by to learn and practice this loving-kindness meditation. Strengthen your energetic body with a regular meditation practice and feel the benefits of group meditation. Open to all levels, this event is shared freely from the heart to spread more awareness of the healing power of compassion through meditation. Donations are kindly accepted and 10% of your offerings will be given to our local food shelf.

Joint-Freeing Yoga

This class breaks up the sedentary way of modern life by exercising and stretching different parts of the body in a gentle and pleasant way. We bring our awareness back to muscles and joints that may have been forgotten throughout the week (or through the years!) Each class begins with breath work and meditation to calm the mind in a chair (or on the floor), then slow flowing stretches to open your joints to get the blood moving. Start the day off feeling great in a light-hearted environment where we meet today’s body with an open mind and compassion.

Thursdays with Kali from 10:00am-11:00am



Candlelight Flow & Sound

Slow down your Sunday and prepare for the week ahead. Gather your mind and body and nourish yourself with a practice by candlelight. Class begins with gentle yoga, followed by restorative yoga, closing with a 10 minute sound bath.  Fill your cup with an hour journey of self-love, ritual and rejuvenation. Come for the ambient lighting, stay for the relaxation and community.
