Be Strong Yoga

The purpose of practicing an active flow is to create heat or tapas--"to burn" in order to cleanse and detoxify the body.  This dynamic mix of sweat and spirit will strengthen and rinse your body, ease your mind and relieve stress and pain.  This is a playful, energetic class with a strong emphasis on breath, body awareness and safe alignment. Giggles and belly laughs are a frequent occurrence but always optional. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to be strong or reconnect with the strength that already resides within.  People experiencing injuries or mobility issues should contact the studio before attending this class.

Mondays with Lynette from 7:00pm-8:00pm

Flow & Sound Meditation

Relax and renew with this calming 40-minute gentle yoga flow class, followed by a 20 minute Sound Bath and meditation. We are all beings of light and sound vibrations. This class is a weekly tune up for your physical and energetic body. During the sound meditation, students are invited to get cozy and relax (imagine all the blankets!) while the gong, crystal singing bowls and/or other instruments are played for a whole body reset. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners.

Tuesdays with Kali from 10:00am-11:00am

Flow & Yoga Nidra

Relax and renew with this calming 40-minute gentle yoga flow class, followed by 20-minutes of Yoga Nidra. Translated as "yogic sleep" Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation technique that utilizes visualizations combined with intention setting practices. This practice is extremely restorative and restful - perfect for times when you feel agitated, depressed, sleep deprived, or are simply in need of relaxation. Great class for beginners and experienced practitioners.

Tuesdays with Kali from 7:00pm-8:00pm

Pranic Wednesdays

Rejuvenate your health with a Pranic Wednesday session.

{1st & 3rd: Community Pranic Healing } On the 1st and 3rd Wednesday experience a mini-Pranic Healing session with Angie Kopacek and fellow Pranic Healers. Learn more about the benefits of this modality through direct experience and feel the difference. These sessions are provided on a first come first serve basis and a minimum of 10% of donations collected will be given to our local food shelf, Valley Outreach. Preregistration is recommended so we can determine how many healers are needed but is not required. Pranic Healing is a no-touch modality that compliments allopathic medicine and is not intended to treat or diagnose. Suggested donation is $15 but nobody will be turned away.

{2nd & 4th: Twin Hearts Meditation} On the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays stop by to learn and practice this loving-kindness meditation. Strengthen your energetic body with a regular meditation practice and feel the benefits of group meditation. Open to all levels, this event is shared freely from the heart to spread more awareness of the healing power of compassion through meditation. Donations are kindly accepted and 10% of your offerings will be given to our local food shelf.

1st & 3rd / 2nd & 4th Wednesdays with Angie from 7:00-8:00pm

Intro to Yoga

Whether you are completely new to yoga or returning after some time away, come learn the basics of yoga: poses, sequences, terminology, history, and philosophy. Start with breath work and meditation to calm the mind in a chair (or on the floor), then slow flowing movements to open your joints, get the blood flowing, and start the day off feeling great! If you've always been curious about yoga but not sure where to begin, join us in a non-competitive, friendly environment where we will demystify this ancient, beautiful practice.

Thursdays with Kali from 10:00am-11:00am

Restorative Yoga *MONTHLY CLASS*

Give yourself the gift of slowing down. When deep relaxation is realized, healing happens on many levels. Students will be guided through 5-6 restorative postures that utilize various props providing extra support and comfort.  When the body is supported by props, like blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps and eye pillows, the body and mind can let go of deeply held tension with more ease. Not a practice of doing but undoing. Show up, allow yourself to be as you are and feel the restorative effects of the practice.

*SECOND Fridays* with Allissa from 7:00pm-8:00pm

*This class is a monthly offering that happens on the Second Friday every month

Fascia Yoga

***Preregistration required. Please sign-up no later than 9:30pm the night before class; no drop-ins are available.***

Fascia is connective tissue, and it connects and supports our entire body, surrounding our muscles, organs, bones, tendons, ligaments and more. Similar to the membrane around each section of an orange, fascia impacts the entire movement and energy of the body. Learn and practice myofascial release techniques by stretching and working with acupressure points while developing a deeper sense of body awareness. This class is good for all levels of students and is easily accommodating to injuries or lack of flexibility. Stretch and awaken your muscles and connective tissues in new ways, promoting increased energy, flexibility, circulation and balance in your life.

Saturdays with Melynda from 9:00am-10:00am

Candlelight Yoga

Slow your Sunday down, gather your mind and body and nourish yourself with a blend of self-care practices that may include yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, guided relaxation and sound meditation. Allow us to guide you by candelight on a journey of self-love, ritual, relaxation and rejuvenation. Come for the ambient lighting, stay for the relaxation and community.

Sundays with Kali from 7:00pm-8:00pm
